Casserole with meat and green onions

Ingredients:
800 gr of goat/lamb/beef/chicken
2 cloves of garlic
1 kg of onion
1 tbsp of concentrated sauce
1 cup of rice
5-6 fig leaves
A little olive oil
Aromatic herbs
Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
In a deep pot, sauté the pieces of meat, add salt and black pepper and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes. Clean and chop the onions. Heat the oil in the pot, flavor it with 2 cloves of garlic and add the onions, sauté them until the volume decreases. Add 1 tablespoon of sauce and continue sautéing by adding the aromatic herbs and 2 finely chopped fig leaves. Then add the rice, a little salt and black pepper and pour a little broth to cook the rice and onions. Take an earthenware casserole, place the fig leaves on the bottom and the cooking on top. Place the casserole in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
