Cabbage with rice and béchamel in the oven

Ingredients :
1 medium cabbage
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
250 gr rice
250 gr ripe tomatoes
500 gr béchamel
250 gr grated cheese
20 gr butter Salt
, pepper to taste
Preparation :
Sauté the onion, add the cabbage until the volume decreases. Then add the mashed tomatoes and rice. Stir well, adjust the taste with spices and place the dish in a pan. Level it well and cover it with the béchamel prepared with a little butter, flour, milk and egg. Sprinkle a good amount of cheese at the bottom and place the pan in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
