Creamy spinach with fried bread

Ingredients :
700 kg spinach
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup dry bread, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, black pepper, nutmeg
Preparation :
Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons butter until golden brown. Remove from the pan. Finely chop the onion and sauté in the same pan with a little butter. Add the flour and mix a little so that it does not stick. Chop the spinach into small pieces, add the onion, crushed garlic and sauté for a few minutes. Add salt, black pepper, chili pepper and nutmeg. Finally, add the olive oil and the yogurt sauce. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and mix well. Top with toasted bread and some grated cheese and serve.
