Gaz Bardhi brings out Berisha's empty drawer in the Parliament: Here is the proof that there is no subpoena from SPAK!

The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted to a referral by SPAK, that it has sent a summons to the leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha.
Bardhi has published a photo showing that 'it is proven that no notice sent by SPAK from the administration of the Albanian Parliament has been deposited in the mailboxes of any MP of our parliamentary group, which are located within the premises of the Parliament'.
'The referral by SPAK of a lie told by the Albanian Parliament deserves only contempt. SPAK itself was aware of the fact that it had not sent any notification to our Parliamentary Group and consequently cannot misinform the media about facts distorted for political interests by the Albanian Parliament,' Bardhi emphasizes in his statement.
Reaction of the head of the GP, PD, Gazment Bardhi:
The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has not sent any notification to the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group and consequently the group's political staff has had nothing to refuse.
SPAK's reference to a lie told by the Albanian Parliament deserves only contempt. SPAK itself was aware of the fact that it had not sent any notification to our Parliamentary Group and consequently cannot misinform the media about facts distorted for political interests by the Albanian Parliament.
Likewise, the Special Prosecution Office or the Assembly itself is aware of the role and responsibilities of a parliamentary group and their political staffs, where "providing postal services" does not fall within our area of responsibility!
It is proven that no notice sent by SPAK from the administration of the Albanian Parliament has been deposited in the mailboxes of any member of our parliamentary group, which are located within the premises of the Parliament.
As above, we express regret for the political misuse of the Special Prosecution Office, for propaganda staged by the socialist majority in the Albanian Parliament.
