Invited to Arbana Osmani's "Good Morning Stars" show, the former general director of Top Channel recounted the behind-the-scenes, debates and difficult decisions of his time at the helm of television.
The dilemma between Fevziu and Grida Duma
Asked which of the political show hosts he would choose to work with if he were to host a television show again, Blushi stopped at the well-known duo: " Grida Duma or Blendi Fevziu? I have to say Fevziu. I have a long history with her, 30-40 years of friendship, despite the fact that I see her less and less. Definitely Fevziu ". At no point during this comparison, Blushi mentioned the current host of Top Story.
Relationship with Ylli Rakipi and Eni Vasili
Arbana's next question focused on another well-known media duo, Ylli Rakipi and Eni Vasili. Blushi revealed that he had a falling out with Rakipi, while with Eni he had a successful collaboration. " I broke up with Ylli, even though we are talking today. I took Eni to Top Channel and she worked with me for 3-4 years. She was brilliant. I hope she will be a good director of RTSH. She doesn't have much administrative experience, but she has life experience ."
The end of Alban Dudushi's show
Next, Blushi commented on his relationship with Alban Dudushi and Rudina Xhunga. He admitted that he broke up with Dudushi on bad terms after he ended his show Top Show. " I didn't break up with Dudushi on good terms. I ended his show because, in my opinion, it wasn't working anymore. He got bored with me. I don't know where he is now, I don't see him anymore ."
As for Rudina Xhunga, Blushi said that he meets her from time to time, but he doesn't think that either she or Dudushi would prefer to work with her. " There are many people who don't want to work with me. They are afraid of the myth that you have spread, that I am very wild. But, I am not like that ."
Why does he choose Jonida Shehu and not Sokol Balla?
Commenting on the figures he has collaborated with, Blushi showed that Jonida Shehu was his choice both at Top Channel and at Euronews Albania. " I have worked with Jonida twice. At Top I got her after they had fired her, then at Euronews. They fired her as soon as I left. So it would be better with her, even the third time ."

In the end, Blushi did not spare his praise for Arbana and confessed that he had "vetoed" her to moderate Big Brother VIP.
